Distance Medley

We had nice weather for the distance medley at Hickman track on Saturday July 12. First an 8 lap 3200, 10 minutes recovery followed by a 1600, 10 minutes rest then the final 800. The Lopez family represented four age groups and enjoyed running the race together, notably 15 year old Daniel paced himself well for this tough event. Allison Hogsdon and Matt Dryer both completed their laps with descending splits and decided this was their favorite CTC event!
