Who Is Your Running Role Model? Who Has Influenced You Most In Running?
Role models: Bill Rodgers because of his Boston Marathon success, and I thought that was the body limit for endurance events. Steve Prefontaine because of his raw genetics and capacity.
Influences: Ben Londeree, Tom LaFontaine, Liz Bulman for all their help and support, plus applications of training methods and planning a training program for a research point of view.

What Is Your Favorite Workout? Intervals, with stacking La on a hot, humid, sunny day with a group of people

Favorite Training Route: 3 to 4 people with a run of 1 to 1 1/2 hours in length
