When did you start running: When I was 2 yrs old, I ran in the summer youth track meets in the 200m, shot, and long jump.

Who has influenced you most in running? My whole family has influenced me the most because when I was growing up my brother and sister ran track and my mom and dad were coaching. I wanted to do it with them, so I did and I have loved running ever since. They have always encouraged me to do my best and have helped me to get better and better through the years.

Where is your favorite place to run? Binder Park in Jefferson City.

Where is your favorite Columbia training route? Stephens Lake Park

What is your favorite workout? I like the 3:00 min fartleks we do in CC season.

Running Accomplishments: SHOW ME STATE GAMES: 2000-2006 (ever since I was 6 yrs. old) I have won at least one medal every year.

Info. and Interests: I do track, cross country, basketball, cheerleading and play the saxophone for Columbia Catholic School. I also play CYBA basketball when I am not in my school season. I have 3 labs; Missy, Toby, and Molly, who love to run with me. I have a 20 yr old brother, Steve, who competes for the University of Missouri track and field team. My sister, Melea, is a junior at Helias High School who is a varsity runner in track and cross country.
